These terms are between you and Big Deck Energies LLC ("we", "us"), 24 West Main Street, Suite E, Cuba, NY 14727. Using Deck Pics means you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.
Deck Pics identifies trading cards from photographs and estimates their market value using public market data and recent sales. You can save cards to binders to track what you hold, and add cards to a watch list, or to a binder's wish list, to be told when their price moves.
This is the most important clause here.
The collection value shown in your binders is an estimate on the same basis, not a statement of what anyone will pay.
Price alerts are best-effort. We check prices roughly once or twice a day, not live. An alert can arrive late, be missed entirely, or describe a price that has already moved again. Do not rely on an alert to time a purchase or a sale.
Your Deck Pics account is the same account as the Big Deck Energies store. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@margintcg.app if you think someone else has access to it.

Each scan costs us money in third-party services. Use it as a person buying cards uses it, and there will never be a problem.
Scanning and looking up cards, raw prices, grade ladders, a quick price on slabs, your watch list, your collection and your wish lists are free. Deck Pics Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, sold in the iPhone app through Apple’s App Store; the app shows what it adds before you buy.
Your use of the iPhone app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where it and these terms differ about the app itself, Apple’s agreement applies.
Pokémon and all related names, characters and card designs are the property of their respective owners. Card images shown in the app come from public catalogue sources and remain the property of their owners. They are used to help you identify a card you are physically holding.
The app, its design, the Deck Pics name and mark, and the pricing logic behind it belong to Big Deck Energies LLC. So do the anonymous card popularity counts described in our Privacy Policy — how often cards are scanned, searched and watched across everyone who uses the app — which we may use, share or sell. They contain nothing that identifies you. The cards in your binders are your data; you keep it, and you can delete it at any time.
We will try to keep the service running and accurate. We do not promise it will always be available, always be correct, or always be free. It depends on third-party data services and on your internet connection, and at a card show neither is guaranteed. Features can change or be withdrawn.
You can stop using Deck Pics at any time and ask us to delete your account — see the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is being used to abuse the service.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Big Deck Energies LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, arising from your use of Deck Pics — including losses from a trade made on a price the app showed you. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case those exclusions do not apply to you.
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and we will tell you in the app about anything significant. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
